White Man Caught Raping His Own Grandmother

INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FL -- A Vero Beach man is in jail this morning after police say he sexually abused an elderly relative suffering from dementia.
According to the arrest report, On December 29th, Garrett Andrew Douglas, 20, was in his 87-year-old relative's room, when he was caught naked and on top of her. Douglas told officers from the Indian River County Sheriff's Office he didn't actually have sex with his relative on that day because someone peeked through the window and caught him. Douglas also told police that he had sex with that relative 20 times in the last eight years.
According to veronews.com, authorities spoke with the woman they say Douglas sexually abused. Investigators say the woman does not have the capacity to fully understand what is happening around her. Doctors have diagnosed her with dementia numerous times.
Douglas told police he knows what he did is wrong and told them he was sorry. He is charged with incest and attempted sexual battery on a mentally defective victim. Douglas is being held in the county jail on $15,000 bail.

I'm from florida (West Palm Beach, actually) and yes, I've seen idiots like him. They're like rats, always looking guilty and sneeking around watching little kids and elderly women. Maybe if the system did their jobs, there wouldn't be so many white repeat offenders running rampant.
